Directions

From I-40, take exit 317 and turn south onto Hwy 127. Drive through a dozen traffic lights untill you pass the hospital on your left. The road just past the hospital on the left is Hayes Street. Turn down Hayes Street and we are the third building on the right.

From Pikeville, take Hwy 127 North toward Crossville. Turn right onto the road just right before the hospital, Hayes Street. We are the third building on the right.

From Sparta, take Hwy 70 toward Crossville. Turn right at the fourth traffic light (corner of Walgreens) onto Hwy 127. Seven traffic lights until you reach the hospital. The road just past the hospital on the left is Hayes Street. Turn down Hayes Street and we are the third building on the right.
