We are a participating provider on many
insurance plans. Even if we are in network with
your plan, it does not mean services will be covered.
If your insurance is not listed, we may have a contract
with them. If there is any question as to whether we are
on your plan, please contact the number on your card.
We also see self-pay patients and patients on plans where
we are not considered a participating provider.
We do ask for copays at the time of service. If
you have any questions about insurance please ask our
staff. They will try to help you.
